Acceptable Use & User Restrictions

Operational Boundaries
  • System Integrity: You may not use any automated tool or software script to scrape, crawl, or mass-download our fine-tuning research datasets or architectural insights.
  • Prohibited Sectors: Use of our methodologies in the development of restricted fintech assets, including decentralized ledgers and peer-to-peer alternative currencies, is not supported by professional consultation.
  • Accuracy Claims: While Agewell Tech advocates for data-lean engineering, we do not guarantee specific model performance metrics for unvalidated niche datasets without a formal Consulting Agreement.
